Dear Friends, this is to announce that we will be offering The Book of Yourself again next year from February to May. It will be exactly the same format and content. Should you be interested to join, please make sure to watch the video introduction and to read all the information concerning the course in this website. Should you wish to register but the dates and times do not suit you, please do not hesitate to suggest a more convenient alternative. We can always try to readjust the schedule so as to meet the needs of those wishing to participate. In any case, do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or inquiries you might have. Each meeting will consist of a one-hour Power Point presentation followed by an interactive session over the theme of the chapter.

The idea is to make these meetings as interactive as possible, so that the topic for the day is unfolded in relation to the actuality of our lives.

The meetings are expected to last two and a half hours in order to give ourselves time for this joint exploration and exchange.
